Decided to make a fitblr to keep me motivated for the new year and keep up the progress I've had so far in 2011 and some of 2012.
I took a break from exercising and eating as healthy as possible and gained a bit of weight back which is the opposite direction I wanted to go in. So now I'm back to being healthy, eating in moderation instead of binging and exercising daily!
It's also a personal blog with my rantings and frustrations, probably a few pictures of myself and just general reblogging of fitspo/thinspo/exercises etc..
GW: 140 or when I'm at a healthy weight and feel comfortable with my body.
